Each tour, such as our 2026 Queenstown Tour (April 13-18), includes luxurious accommodations at Sofitel Queenstown, green fees for four rounds on world-class courses (Queenstown/Arrowtown, Millbrook Coronet, Jacks Point, Millbrook Remarkables), airport transfers, all transport to scheduled group activities, group dinners at top restaurants and exclusive welcome gifts. To provide flexibility and keep costs transparent, our 2026 Queenstown Tour excludes personal expenses such as flights to and from Queenstown, travel insurance, and visa fees (if applicable). Additional experiences like wine tastings, spa treatments, or other non-golf activities for non-golfers are not included, Golf equipment rentals are available at course venues but are not covered. Meals or drinks outside the five curated group dinners and any personal purchases (e.g., souvenirs, extra activities) are at your expense. Select your booking type (golfer/non-golfer, twin share/single room). The balance ($5,625/$3,765 twin share, $7,075/$5,215 single room) is due 90 days before departure (or upon booking if within 90 days). Early-bird pricing ($6,425/$4,565 twin share) applies if booked by Dec 2025; mention in Special Requests. Spots fill fast (max 15 guests), so reserve yours today! If Birdie Bogey Golf Tours cancels or postpones a tour, or if government-imposed travel bans prevent your participation, your deposit is either 100% transferable to a credit valid for 24 months or 100% refundable, less bank institution fees for credit card transactions. If you cancel for other reasons, deposits are non-refundable, and 100% cancellation fees apply. We strongly recommend comprehensive travel insurance to protect your investment.
