Booking Terms & Conditions*.

Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully, as they form the basis upon which bookings are accepted by Birdie Bogey Golf Pty Limited (ABN 97 692 862 516). By paying your deposit or full payment, you are deemed to have understood and accepted these Terms and Conditions. These terms apply in conjunction with any conditions stated on our website, FAQ page, invoices, flyers, email communications, social media posts, marketing materials, or other electronic products.

Credit Cards

All prices quoted are for payment by cash, cheque, or direct deposit unless otherwise specified.

How to Book

Reserve your spot by paying the deposit via our online booking system. All reservations are subject to availability at the time of booking.

Booking Arrangements

The person making the booking is deemed to have accepted these Terms and Conditions on behalf of all individuals named in the booking. The contract is governed by and subject to these Booking Terms & Conditions.

Prices

All prices quoted by Birdie Bogey Golf Pty Limited (ABN 97 692 862 516) are per person, in Australian Dollars (unless otherwise specified), and current at the time of publication. Prices include Australian GST where applicable.

Final Payment

The balance of the total tour cost is due 90 days prior to departure. For bookings made within 90 days of departure, full payment is required upon confirmation.

Cancellations

If a booked golf tour is cancelled or postponed by Birdie Bogey Golf Pty Limited (ABN 97 692 862 516), or you are unable to travel due to government-imposed travel bans, 100% of deposits paid will be either transferred to a credit valid for 24 months or 100% refundable less bank institution fees related to credit card transactions. Deposits are fully transferable for credits. If you cancel your booking for any reason not specified above, all deposits paid are non-refundable, and 100% cancellation fees apply. Comprehensive travel insurance is strongly recommended. Once cancelled, your place on the tour is forfeited and can only be rebooked based on availability.

Not Included in Tour Price

Birdie Bogey Golf Pty Limited (ABN 97 692 862 516) tour prices exclude personal expenses, including flights to and from the tour destination, travel insurance, visa fees, and any medical requirements for entry (if applicable). Optional activities, such as wine tastings, spa treatments, or non-golfer experiences, are not included, though private van transport may be provided for select group activities. Golf equipment rentals are available at course venues but are not covered. Meals or drinks beyond the curated group dinners, personal purchases (e.g., souvenirs, additional activities), and items of a personal nature (e.g., telephone, internet, gratuities unless specified, laundry) are also excluded. Travel Insurance

We strongly recommend purchasing comprehensive travel insurance at the time of booking to cover all aspects of your tour, including loss of deposit or full payment due to cancellation, overseas medical and hospital expenses, emergency costs, loss of luggage or personal items, accidental death, and your legal liability.

Products

Tour descriptions are based on current domestic and international hotel guides and information provided by hotels and suppliers. Facilities listed as included are subject to change without notice. Birdie Bogey Golf Pty Limited (ABN 97 692 862 516) makes every effort to ensure accuracy at the time of publication. Tour packages and tickets may not be used as competition prizes, trade incentives, or in raffles, lotteries, or draws (commercial or charitable) without prior written authorisation from Birdie Bogey Golf Pty Limited (ABN 97 692 862 516), which may withhold such authorisation at its sole discretion.

Events Beyond Our Control

Birdie Bogey Golf Pty Limited (ABN 97 692 862 516) accepts no liability for injury, damage, loss, delay, additional expenses, or inconvenience caused directly or indirectly by events beyond our control, including but not limited to war, civil disturbance, fire, floods, acts of God, acts of government or other authorities, accidents, or failure of machinery, equipment, or infrastructure.

Waiver and Release

By participating in a Birdie Bogey Golf Pty Limited (ABN 97 692 862 516) organised tour (the “Event”), you agree to comply with all applicable laws, regulations, and the lawful instructions and directions of Birdie Bogey Golf Pty Limited (ABN 97 692 862 516), its directors, officers, employees, contractors, and volunteers (collectively, the “Organiser”). Failure to comply may result in your exclusion from the Event without refund. You acknowledge that golfing and related activities carry inherent risks, including the possibility of injury, death, or loss/damage to personal property. You release the Organiser from any liability for injury, death, loss, or damage arising from participation in the Event, including claims arising from negligence, to the fullest extent permitted by law.

You understand and acknowledge the dangers associated with consuming alcohol or mind-altering substances before or during any activities related to the Event and accept full responsibility for any injury, loss, or damage resulting from such consumption. If you suffer injury or illness, you agree that the Organiser may provide evacuation, first aid, or medical treatment at your expense, and your acceptance of these terms constitutes consent to such actions. You are solely responsible for your personal possessions and equipment during the Event.

For yourself, your executors, administrators, heirs, next-of-kin, successors, and assigns, you hereby:

(a) waive and release all claims against the Organiser, including claims for injury, loss, or damage caused by negligence, arising from your participation in the Event, along with any associated costs, including legal fees;

(b) indemnify and hold harmless the Organiser against any claims asserted by you or your executors, administrators, heirs, next-of-kin, successors, or assigns, including associated costs and legal fees;

You acknowledge that you have read and understood this waiver and release, that you are giving up substantial rights by agreeing to it, and that you accept it freely and voluntarily without inducement, intending it to be a complete and unconditional release of all liability to the greatest extent allowed by law.

Partnership and Sponsorship Terms

Birdie Bogey Golf Pty Limited (ABN 97 692 862 516) welcomes partnerships with golf brands, apparel companies, travel agencies, airlines, and other organisations to enhance our luxury tour offerings and reach our growing audience. Sponsorships or partnerships, including co-branded promotions, product placements, or event collaborations, are subject to mutual agreement and formalized through separate contracts. Partners must contact us via the Contact Us page, selecting “Sponsorship/Partnership Inquiry,” to discuss opportunities. Terms, including branding usage, promotional activities, and obligations, will be detailed in partnership agreements. Birdie Bogey Golf Pty Limited (ABN 97 692 862 516) reserves the right to approve all promotional content and ensures alignment with our premium brand values.
