Each tour, such as our Queenstown Tour, includes accommodation, green fees for four rounds on world-class courses, airport transfers, all transport to scheduled group activities, group dinners and exclusive welcome gifts. View our Booking Terms & Conditions for full details.

To provide flexibility and keep costs transparent, our Tours excludes personal expenses such as flights unless stated otherwise, travel insurance, and visa fees (if applicable). Additional experiences like wine tastings, spa treatments, or other non-golf activities for non-golfers are not included, Golf equipment rentals are available at course venues but are not covered. Meals or drinks outside the five group dinners and any personal purchases (e.g., souvenirs, extra activities) are at your expense.

You’re welcome to bring your own clubs to feel right at home on the fairways. However, our tour courses offer high-quality rental options for those who prefer to travel light. Contact us when booking to arrange rentals or discuss equipment needs, and we’ll ensure your game is set for success.

Booking is simple! Visit our Tours page to secure your spot on any of our tours using a $500 AUD deposit (incl. GST) via our online booking system. Select your booking type (golfer/non-golfer, twin share/single room). If you are selecting a payment plan -the balance is due 90 days before departure (or upon booking if within 90 days). If Birdie Bogey Golf Tours cancels or postpones a tour, or if government-imposed travel bans prevent your participation, your deposit is either 100% transferable to a credit valid for 24 months or 100% refundable, less bank institution fees for credit card transactions. If you cancel for other reasons, deposits are non-refundable, and 100% cancellation fees apply. We strongly recommend comprehensive travel insurance to protect your investment. To ensure an intimate and personalized experience, our tours, like the 2026 Queenstown Tour, are limited to a maximum of 9 playing participants. This allows for seamless coordination, deeper camaraderie, and exclusive access to premier courses and dining venues. Each host is paired within the golfing group to assist with in depth on course experience, photography and for a chat!

Our tours, hotel options are outlined in the description & booking form. All pricing is for twin share, unless stated otherwise. Flights to and from the tour destination (e.g., Queenstown for our 2026 tour) are not included, allowing you to choose your preferred travel arrangements. We recommend checking visa requirements and securing comprehensive travel insurance. For attire, our premier courses, require standard golf dress codes (e.g., collared shirts, tailored shorts or pants, golf shoes).
